I was hacked. Please help.

Hi GGG, last night someone got into my steam account. My friend told me he/she
Signed into my poe2 and poe1 games. This person deleted all of my characters on poe1 which I don't care about but I had 1100 points in the shop and now it says 0! Last night I locked my visa due to being hacked is that why all my shop points are gone? Is it even possible to steal ot share points? Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

Be wary, once you send a email they're going to lock your account and you'll have to start a unlock verification process.
I've been on said process for 4 months, and my account is STILL locked. Best of luck. |
