I remember the time when I couldn't play PoE due to desyncs. It was like that for quite a while. It didn't kill the game for me, it just meant I would return to it later when issues are solved. And such problems happened at least twice.

I had a game that was unplayable because of a bug and since the developer team was already fired there was no chance for them to fix it. A year later nVidia did a fix from driver side and then I played that game without any issues.

You just yourself wrote that a day before it worked fine.
