POE2 Omen of Whittling & Erasure w/ Fractured modifiers bug??

So i just wasted an omen of whittling and an omen of erasure trying to reroll my weapon. I have a T5 Crit Damage Bonus that is fractured so it can not be changed. I activated both omens and it highlighted the T5 Leeches 8.69% Physical damage as mana on my weapon as orange. Used chaos orb and nothing happened. So i either got super unlucky and it rerolled 8.69% to an exact 8.69% again.. or it tried to reroll the crit damage bonus and just wasted the omens entirely. it showed that it was going to reroll the mana one but i’m not gonna waste another 5-6 divs to find out. Please fix. If the modifier is fractured i don’t think it should be eating omens like that cause wtf.

I also just wasted a dextral erasure due to this bug. I have 3 prefixes, one of them fractured, and 1 suffix. i used a dextral erasure and it highlighted a prefix (???) but i used it anyway because i thought it was just a visual bug. absolutely nothing changed. "Leeches 5.65% of damage as mana" was still the same suffix before and after using the omen.
