Where does GGG respond?
I haven’t been active in the forums previously. How does GGG respond to these threads? “Blue posts”? Twitter? …?

They rarely respond here because that would just make everyone dive on them.
However, they do seem to read it all and synthesize feedback to check what is highly desired by the community. |

Hi! Could you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com and we'll be able to provide you with some additional information.

They did an interview with a streamer very recently about the state of the game.

" Very true. They have eyes everywhere! lol |

Thanks! I watched the recent 2+ hour interview.
I can confirm they are reading posts, since they moved this thread here from another area. |

" Typically they'll post in Announcements or Early Access Announcements. There's a certain amount of engagement on ExTwitter, but it's typically somewhat support-focused over there. Both Bex and Chris used to be quite active on r/PathOfExile; they've both since left the company, and nobody has really tried to fill their shoes. Some GGG employees (e.g. Novynn) occasionally interact with folks on the community Discord server. GGGTracker is a thing that exists, but make sure to use the "Hide Help Forum" option (link), or anything informative there will soon be drowned out in an ocean of posts asking people to email support@grindinggear.com and the signal-to-noise ratio will be awful. Especially these days, they tend to gather what the community is interested in and then start a new thread about it on their own terms rather than actively engaging in the kind of back and forth I suspect you're hoping to find. Hope this post at least helped in some way, though. |
