ps5 stuck on loading screen

My account is fnkyzisback#0695, and the character I'm having issues with is Hvntyr (lv 90 amazon in the Dawn of the Hunt league). I'm playing on the PS5.

I finished the 10-room Trial of Chaos, and went to town. When I took my portal to go back to the Trial of Chaos, the game got stuck so I force-quit the game. Now when I select my character, it will stay stuck in the loading screen.

I tried the following, but neither worked:
* loading into another character, then loading back
* clearing ps5 cache

I cannot play my character at all. Can you fix this?

Same issue as me, only mine is stuck on loading screen for matlan waterways. Funnier still. I made a new character awaiting a hot fix NOW it can no longer cast spells! Game is unplayable at the moment for me.
