Incinerate and Fire Exposure testing and help needed
I did some testing with my stormweaver sorc and incinerate for fire exposure.
Stats are 65% increased exposure effect from the passive tree and +12 exposure effect from the ascendancy. Base incinerate exposure at full stacks is 50 %. Did the testing with a very low level incinerate and removed some gear to get some proper readings on the monster debuffs. -> maximum fire exposure i got to on monsters was always maxed out at 82 % (50% x 1.65 = 82.5 %) -> taking out the +12% exposure didnt show on the monster debuffs at all , still 82% Any suggestions if the +12% from the ascendancy have no effect here at all with incinerate or maybe they just don't show in the debuff icons? Any info here would be very welcome. Kind regards ign Elmi_EQ Last edited by HenkCCAA#7651 on Apr 13, 2025, 5:02:40 PM Last bumped on Apr 14, 2025, 4:53:53 AM

" I would test it like that: Use lower exposure like oil grenade, remove the passives and ascendancy, and then try try to change the fire vulnerability of a monster. If the monster gets flagged for vulnerable with the ascendancy, and the same monster is not flagged without it - then it works. Adjusting it with add/remove exposure support to the grenade. Side question: Are you sure you know what exposure is and how it works? |
