Season Char crash on loading Screen

All characters from the old season work and are loaded normally. When I try to load the current season character EBASS, the game crashes back to the desktop...

I get the same issue with my l14 Witch on Manor Ramparts. Loaded into the zone and game CTD. Whenever i try and load that toon i get CTD so can`t access it at all.
