No citadels

It's not like I don't explore. I have explored a decent area in atlas. But no matter how much I explore - I don't see any citadels at all. I was seeing them yesterday, then out of nowhere, just zero citadels. No beams in the fog, no tiles themselves - for a whole play day (around 16 hours).
Is there an option to reset atlas generation or smth?
