POE 2 Question Arcanist’s Etcher Not Improving Quality on Scepters

Since Dawn of the Hunt started, Arcanist’s etchers no longer improve the spirit on scepters. I have used several on different rattling scepters and they have done nothing to improve them. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yeah it was a "bug" that they "fixed" per patch notes

It’s not fixed for me. I’ve been playing every day since the patch and it still does not work for me. I’ve wasted numerous etchers trying to see if it works yet. Hopefully they fix it soon. It’s affecting my game play for sure

It seems quality is also not applied to aura scepters or even to the skeleton minions.

According to the wiki it's just a display bug. The quality should still improve the inherent skill and show increased stats on the skills panel, but not on the skill's hover tooltip.
