Game will not launch on steam

I've tried like every troubleshooting trick in the book and I still can't get the game to launch on steam. After about 5-10 seconds of launching the game just closes. No error report, just a black window. Nothing at all.

I've tried:
-dx11
-dx12
Reinstalling the game (multiple times)
Verify install files (multiple times)
Run as admin
Windows 8 compatibility mode
Clearing %appdata%
Disabling steam overlay
Clearing the .config file
Clearing steam cache

I'm running on a laptop with a ryzen 5900hx and Radeon RX6800M. I've played poe2 on this machine with no issues before. Please help.

I'm having the same issue really wish we could get a response from GGG

same here. Windows 11 64 bit, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-core processor, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. Tried all solutions the thread creator mentioned. Nothing has worked.
