Quality on charms?

Hello,

Not sure if this is a bug or if you guys are preparing for the charm related update.

A charm with +8% quality just dropped for me (character name is Pantheom if you guys wanna check the logs). It didn't seem like the quality changed the charm in any way. When I salvaged it I got a few Glassblower's Baubles. I tried using them on most of the non-unique charms and nothing happened.

You can't. You can only find them as it is.

I would like to highlight the bug report again that Glassblower's Bubbles do not work on Charms, although they can drop with quality and can salvage into Glassblowers.
