Twitch drops (13.04.2025)

Out of the two twitch drops, I have only received one. When I was claiming them, I claimed the Rhoa Mount Effect first and got an error for the Hunters Trophy.

In my Account Settings under Twitch Rewards it shows I acquired only the Honour Guard Rhoa Mount Effect, while on Twitch in Drops & Rewards Inventory it shows me having both the Honour Guard Rhoa and Hunters Trophy.

If I join any streamer that has drops enabled, I do not get any pop-up saying drops are available.

Any way to resolve that on my end, or is that an issue on Twitch's end?

I haven't received the last 4 Twitch drops for some reason as well. I've emailed support and I did all the tricks that other players have posted on the forum. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Why offer these items if you're not going to deliver. Maybe it's because I'm a Xbox player could that be the issue anyway, I've never had a problem in the past receiving Twitch drops until just these last 4 items. Oh well.
