Interaction with Unique and notable not working as intended.

Using the unique Scold's Bridle Jade Tiara says that you take % of mana cost for skills as physical damage. This doesn't activate the notable Catalysis in which 5% of physical damage from hits taken as damage of a random element.

The key word in Catalysis is Hits. If I had to guess, Scold's Bridle isn't coded as a hit itself. Whether or not that's intentional is something only GGG could answer.
