Steam Account Unlink Problem

I have problem with steam account linking. My old friend accidently link his poe account to my steam account. We not friends like 8 years. I try to fix that problem way back there like November 2014. But now i wanna play poe2. Thing is i dont wanna buy and progress with his account. I have poe acoount but i cant link it to my steam account. I talk with poe support via email. But we stuck there and im waiting answer in month. How can i fix that.

I've talked to Support many times but still haven't found an answer. You asking me contact with you from my friends email adress. Problem is im not talking him like 8 years. We are not friends anymore. Waiting 1 month for answer isnt problem for me. That answer has nothing to solve or helpful. Zübeyir and me we are not friends anymore. I cant reach with his email. I have this steam account from 2012. If you can check steam you will see that also. He cant play Path of Exile also. Because he cant open my steam. So please help me with unlinking that account.
