Did you get your key from GGG directly, or a 3rd party reseller? If the latter, you (and the reseller site) appear to have gotten scammed: Someone bought a big pack with multiple keys, flipped the extras, and then charged back the purchase, at which point GGG revoked the keys associated. (Could also have been bought with a stolen CC.) Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? There are some Path of Exile 2 Steam keys that only add the game to your Steam library - they don't give you a license that allows you to play the game. You've said both that you "purchased" it, and that it was a "Steam gift". Where, exactly, did you get the key from? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
