Email to GGG Support but they didn't responded

I email GGG support for some help/request. Then they ask for more information and I answer the email. But after I answer all the information they ask, there's no response back, no update or anything. How can i know is my request get approve or not if there's no respond. I answer the email on 3/2/68, it's been month and a half and there's skill no answer back
