NvidiaDriver crashes Event-ID 153

Hello guys,
i get a lag in poe2 then my screen freezes and after a short period (like 2 min) poe2 just closes and my driver loads again and i can use my Pc normally.

This error only happens in PoE2.
ive tried so many things like power saving mode, turning down my GPU, reinstalling the drivers with DDU but i guess its just a problem with the Game.
Maybe u guys got an idea.

My Setup:

Motherboard: Gigybyte Z790 Gaming X AX
CPU : Intel Core i9 13900KF
GPU : Geforce RTX 4090
RAM : Corsair Vengance 2x16 GB DDR5 6000MHz
