I've bought an chest piece at Owald in Act 3 and after I leveled up and check the vendor again, I found the same itens as before, even the one's i have bought, essentially duplicating the item Pain Ward Scale Mail.

I thought I noticed rares carrying over when I levelled up but it was never the ones I bought. Wasn’t sure if it was bugged or just something very similar. I guess I was right and the times were duplicating during resets.
