Combat frenzy bug

Hello

I play huntress with innervate which give me bonus when i electrocute someone.

I have also combat frenzy which generate a frenzy charge each time i electrocute someone

the bug is that with lighting spear i trigger innervate bug i don't trigger combat frenzy how is this possible ? if i triggers Innervate i should trigger CF ?

combat frenzy and attrition are not working. both of them are bugged.
