I need help 4 months without feedback

I lost my account due to a data leak and I've been communicating with GGG since January, I've received 1 email every 2 months, I feel ashamed of GGG.

"Recently" 3 weeks ago, I received an email from GGG asking about my guild and recent purchases, but I haven't received a response yet. It's impossible that there isn't an online support team that can answer or respond to my email, please.

It's humiliating that you invested a lot of money in the game and didn't get a decent return.
