POE 2 - Can't Load Act2 Caravan. Newly Created Characters Also Effected. -Resolved-

Character Name: HePoke, Ritualist Huntress. Level 82.
Second Character's Name: TheWorch, Witch. Level 16.
Platform: PC

Resolved:
Changed regions and logged in which fixed the issue.

Update:--
I leveled up a new character to act 2. As soon as I entered the caravan I crashed. The newly leveled character is now ALSO bricked. It would seem I cannot level ANY characters past the bricked state.

Prior to the Problem:--
I was in a party. I was in act 1 gambling for leveling items. Party member dced and logged into a new character to level. Party I was in disbanded automatically.

The Initial Crash:--
I teleported to act 2 to gamble there for leveling items. The caravan was loading and while it was loading the game crashed.

I restarted the game and tried to load my character. The game attempts to load the zone but crashes every time.

Summary:--
I can't log into my character, it is stuck in an infinite zone load crash in act 2.

I Have Tried:--
loading a new character in a different zone. Closing the game. Attempting to connect to the bricked character. No luck.


A pre thank you for the help in restoring my character.


Humble Suggestion:--
A 'reset character to hideout' button at login would probably cut down on support load a fair amount. I've had friends have this happen to them as well in act 2.
