problem with the trading hub

Hi , I have problem with the trading hub and it says that I have to be in the same league to trade with someone else , and I am in the same league (Dawn of the Hunt) and on trading hub I have picked the same category (Dawn of the Hunt) and still I cant trade . Pls help
