Game crashed when using town portal and now wont load that character anymore.

Game has been running fine until today i used the town portal and it crashed to desktop. no big deal but now when i try to load that character it starts to load and then crashes to desktop. Ive verified the files twice, reinstalled twice but no luck. My drivers are up to date as well.
