Disconnection and problem with screen going white or flashing intermittently.

Hello, I'm facing these problems. Random disconnection almost every moment during game play and when I enter the inventory or another screen like the passive tree several times, the screen flashes until it becomes completely white. I can make it stop by going into options and below the frame rate option, I check the dynamic cut option, the screen updates and returns to normal, but after a while the problem returns and this started happening after update 0.2, the disconnections have been happening for a long time and have not been resolved yet.
