Change the trade system

Not sure if this has been posted before,

I'm pretty fed up with people who under list things, unknown to their value, only to relist them higher, as well as bots who under list things in an attempt to devalue and undermine players who are not necessarily aware of the value of what they are selling.

I think the way the trades are in a web browser besides in game is fantastic as it allows you to play and trade, instead of having to be at a certain area in the game is great and should not be changed. However I think there is a simple solution, and unsure if it hasn't been done for philosophical reasons or physical reasons with the servers, but why not this;

All trades can be posted as an auction with a buyout, similar to the auction house system in world of Warcraft, a game i'm sure many are familiar with. Players can post items with a buyout, and people can also make offers on them. If offers are made, players can review all pending offers when they come back online, and if the buyout price is paid, the item is instantly removed from the account, regardless if they are online or offline, and sent via mail system to the purchaser.

I feel that this would solve a lot of issues when it comes to how things are currently traded, and make trading more streamlined and significantly faster.
