Micro transaction

So I'm using this forum as a last resort since poe support keeps ignoring emails.
I've purchased 3 support packs, 2 paladin and 1 the other one (red) I was charged, I checked my bank account and the ps history. I was charged 28,90 for each, and I still haven't received in game items.
Poe support pls stop ignoring and help me, I lost 90 euros on this
