I need help

Hello, I'm writing to you asking for help. I bought poe2 to play in early access, I activated the key on poe then on steam. when I go to poe it shows me that I don't have purchased early access of the game and I can't log in there.

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. |
