Question about EA packs

Hey guys, I bought 60$ pack on steam and received everything included in the pack. I want to buy 30$ pack on steam now just for 300 coins, can I do that or not? I asked some people but they only purchased higher tier packs one by one starting from low tiers and received every coins with no issue but they are not sure if it will be fine to purchase lower tier pack when i already have higher one.
