Missing stat items from bosses

Anyone else not getting the proper stat drops from the quests/bosses?

I killed the witch boss in Azak Bog and the fire guy in the Molten Vault and neither one dropped their stat item on cruel. No 30 spirit or 10 fire res.

Were these removed in the changes to streamline or did I just brick my char with a bug? lol
