Bought Add-on and get nothing ?!!?!?!?!?

9th of April I bought the first blood pack and today I bought the paladin support pack. idk what's going on but I don't got anything from my purchases!!!!!!!!! got the confirm of my PSN transactions but nothing in my POE messages on your site. you guys keep telling me to contact support but they don't respons to my mail. I send like 5-10 mails without any respons. TF!!!!!! THIS IS REAL F'UP!!!!!

I understand that I’m not the only one that having issues with the game, but imagine you paying almost 50bucks for something and getting nothing in return. I like the game and want to spend some on it but not like this .
