Didnt Get Any Response From My Support Mail...

Hello GGG,
I sent ticket about my issue after start of the early access(At January 9th) but never got response.Then Dawn of the Hunt patch arrives and i upgraded my early access pack to King of the Faridun Supporter Pack but didnt get full coins.I again sent mail about issue and got response for the first time.Support said that hey can help with the issue but need my account details.I sent again but 11 days passed never got response again.I sent couple replies with verify code in order to get faster response but still got no response.I'm not spending my points for further confusion.I'll be glad if anyone return my issue asap.

I'm experiencing the same thing, since my request in early December. It would be great if there was at least a reply email saying that it's going to looked at eventually, having complete radio silence for ~5 months is an incomprehensibly terrible experience.
Almost 1 month past no response.Its not normal.You told me to wait but waiting for e-mail response for 1 month is insane.

I’m in the same situation. According to the attached screenshot, I’m missing around $120 worth of purchases.



I bought the latest supporter pack and a bunch of points specifically because I wanted to buy two new discounted packs. But it seems like there’s a sync issue — the points are showing up on the website store, but not in the in-game microtransaction store. This is just insane. I’ve been waiting for almost a month for a response to resolve this, just so I could grab those two packs while the discounts are still active this league.

It’s honestly a mess. I bought the points to get those two packs with a discount, but my purchases weren’t registered properly, and now I can’t use the discount. Meanwhile, the website shows the correct point balance, but I can’t buy through the site using Steam. I only noticed the discounts while downloading an update, did the math, added funds to my Steam wallet so I could grab the packs right after logging in — and then boom: no discount in the in-game store.

It’s been nearly a month, and seeing that some people here have been waiting four months or more with no resolution, I’m starting to realize that I’ll probably miss out on these packs altogether. Most likely my issue will be resolved half a year from now when a new league drops...

Same issue for me, except I'm waiting just to have access to PoE2. I still haven't had a chance to try the game. Had an initial response, but after verifying my info and issue it's been silent ever since :(

Yeah, that’s even more frustrating. At least I can still play... I’ve seen people here who haven’t gotten a response in over four months — that’s just insane. It really kills any motivation to keep playing the game at all.

I'm sorry to hear that you have the same issue.It's really sad actually. Having this kind of issues scares me for further purchases.It's not a really big support problem.I know that bugs,tunings etc. can take time to response or fix but microtransactions are not that hard to deal with.Maybe you should split microtransaction support from in game issues.Because it really sucks not to get service you already pay and be a beggar for that.We just want what we pay thats all.
