Please make the Venom Draught swappable

Title -- As it currently stands the venom draught should be swappable. My first choice in act 3 was mana regeneration, but now as I've reached t10 maps, I could really use the stun threshold. This was a big issue with players on release and it really wouldn't hurt to let us just swap between them like we can with the medallion. Have us find the venom again in the crypt, whatever works. It should not be a permanent allocation.

Agreed, I chose mana regen initially, seemed a safe bet for a caster. But I'm just about to nerf myself with Lich ascendancy - Souless Form.

It should be like the PoE1 Bandit Quest.
