Account Locked

Does anyone know how long it takes for GGG support to respond to emails? It has been a couple days since my account has been locked without notice and I am trying to resolve this. I was about to finish act 3 on POE 2 but before starting the final boss of the act, I went to go shower and when I came back my account was logged out and had a message on screen that my account has been locked and to email support. I read on reddit and other forums that accounts usually get locked for suspicious activity so I assume my account was hacked. I don't know for certain why my account has been locked.
