Refund for POE 2 Early Access Supporter Pack

Hello, I have recently made a purchase for Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack for POE 2 on Xbox website, and have received in game content for it, but have not received 4 extra early access keys as per mentioned in the pack, I wanted to share them with my friends on xbox but cannot seem to find them on the early access page at all,
I have also not used any of the points i have been given and wore the mtx for 10 minutes only, can you please look into this and provide me with the keys, otherwise I would appreciate filing a refund for the supporter pack since it is not giving me the keys I was promised with. Please look into this issue ASAP since refunds are supposedly issued within 48 hours of purchase, I have also sent an email but never received a reply. Last bumped on Apr 11, 2025, 9:41:21 PM
