Concerns for Stun Threshold Disproportionately Punishing Melee

With the recent update, although I agree with the stun threshold being reduced for players, I've noticed it is disproportionately punishing for melee characters. Myself playing monk, I've invested into the tree and gear to ensure I won't get stunlocked and killed (roughly 4k es 1k health, max res 85% chaos res), and even playing conservatively with multiple different upgrades, it just takes one enemy stunning me for the rest to chain stun me and in many cases die.

I do believe the stun threshold change was needed, however some scaling may be needed for melee players.

since 2 heavy stuns won't be chained together, as in "directly in a row", i guess you're mixing stuff up here.

-add "Advanced Targeting System" to the options so we can disable accessibility-stuff
-fix skills w/o movement to NOT MOVE YOU when using Attack Without Moving i.e. Ice Strike
-rework: enemies instant-spells = math-game || very unfitting for meaningful combat cuz can't avoid with skill

Ah I see, very good to know, thanks! I'll go back to POB then to find the best balance for where to place armor unless you have some more resources I can reference :).
only other resource i can give you is my personal experience, and i doubt that's what you're asking for.
not getting chain-stunned when meleeing, is a big win, and armour most definetly helps with that. idk what else to tell you other than i personally do not wanna missout on it.

like if you're interested in my train of thought, sure, but that's prolly gonna be a wall of text, and still will only be my personal experience and likely, bias ^^

No worries! I did some grinding and grabbed evasion/energy shield armor and a full energy shield helmet (subterfuge mask keystone) and sitting at about 1600 life and 2900 energy shield with a 79% evade chance, which works out much better for light stuns when I don't get hit much in the first place xD It is steep on attribute requirements (running high strength too for herald of ash buff, using a physical damage acolyte of chayula build) but the first time evasion and energy shield and finally felt very good for me.
