Purchase the early access but cannot access

Hello, just purchase the early access last night, standard alone no connection to steam or epic but I cannot play the game
- There was no transaction record for my purchase, even my bank account record that I was deducted from Xsolla.
- Access the PoE2 from standard alone launcher, but the game said I do not have right to access.
- I purchase the early access from this site https://pathofexile2.com

I sent them email about my case 4 days ago, but now the issue still existing. There was one reply required to know about my account's name and some characters name but then no further reply anymore.

Yes, I see, when I got the issue, find and join some Discord about PoE2 and people their surprised me about how long it take for GGG to conduct their customer support. I just do not understand why they cannot speed up their process.

have you tried creating an account at GGG main page and then seeing if there is a way to add the key for the game there

iirc im sure you had to link the key there cos just accessing via the launcher cant see your account
