Reaver Catalyst + Level of Project Skills

Hey all—
I have an amulet with + level of project skills and accuracy rating (playing Amazon Huntress). Would a reaver catalyst help upgrade the + level of project skills, even at +20% quality even +1 level of skills? I know it would increase accuracy rating, but hoping for the project skills mainly. Given the current price of reaver catalysts I don’t want to exchange for 17-20 of them just to test it! Please let me know :) Last bumped on Apr 11, 2025, 7:24:37 PM

No, "+ proj skills" mod does not have an attack tag.
In any case, 20% will not be able to give +1 lvl. 3 * 1.2 ≈ 3 |
