Skeletal Warrior sceptre respawn bug

While Fighting I noticed that my total count for the skeletal warrior minions keep going down and they wont respawn. Removing and reequipping the sceptre resets the minion count back to its normal value.

Similar behavior. I'm using a skeletal warrior scepter with 3 warriors. When a warrior (or more?) dies, only 2 warrior remain. The third never respawns. When the skill dialog is opened, an exclamation mark is displayed and the game states 'not enough spirit'. So this misbehavior can be fixed by reducing the number at the skill dialog to one and instantly increasing the number to 3 again. It seems this is a spirit calculation bug. My client version is 0.2.0e.

Same here, from what I tested it feels like the game stops accounting for the fact that the rattling scepter gives 2 free skeletal warriors.

After some death-and-respawns the count goes down to the amount you can support with your spirit allocation if you had to pay for them all (in my case from 5 to 3).

Maybe when the free warrior is respawned the game checks if you can sustain its spirit upkeep same as a paid warrior? I'm also running skeletal clerics but they don't seem to matter, they do not raise the free skeletal warriors anymore than the timed respawn clock does.

Quickly swapping weapons solves this, so it really is just a minor annoyance.
