Just so you know, since their response times are awful at present - if you bought a key on an online marketplace, they'll just tell you to contact the seller about it.
Scammers have been purchasing keys using stolen payment credentials, and GGG disable keys when the original transaction has been subject to a chargeback. That won't be reversed. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
