I have 2 different upgrade packs for POE2 on XBOX but I cant seem to Download the game on my new PC

I'm a bit lost and confused. I just purchased my first PC in over 10 years and I'm trying to install the game on Steam or through your website, but it says I don't not have access to early access. I have been playing since January on my Xbox and have upgraded twice now. How do I not have access? Also, I have 2 accounts for some reason when I tried POE1 years ago on my old XBOX and got to level 2. My Xbox series X created a new account when I logged into POE2 on the Xbox series X. this is suppose to be for POE2 but apparantly the technical support went to POE1 :/

Please note purchasing an Early Access Supporter Pack on Xbox would only grant you access to Path of Exile 2 on Xbox. In order to also obtain access on PC, you would need to purchase an Early Access Supporter Pack via the Path of Exile website. | |

So, it's cross platform and I can play my account on both Xbox and PC, but I have to purchase early access twice? Even after upgrading twice on Xbox? Well, that's an interesting way to treat customers. I have to pay to QA the early access and now if I want to play on PC, I have to pay twice to QA the bugs. Interesting model
