Invisible enemies / textures and models don't load

Whenever the game spawns an enemy for me, everything graphics-related gets loaded in 20-30 seconds later - the monster acts, runs and attacks but stays "invisible". I've dieed countless times to it already.

It was present a little bit before the patch but now it's guaranteed every map, every enemy, no matter how long the session's been going for.
It includes Telegraphs to dodge
It includes Bosses (after triggering the fight the first half a minute is always running around hoping no to die to telegraphs and waiting for the visuals to load in).
It makes all side map activities unplayable (they all load enemies in when you trigger it)


The game is installed on SSD
I've tried every combination of settings, including renderers, upscales, e.t.c
I can provide technical specs of my PC - it is old but neither CPU is above even 80% load nor the framerate really drops.

Unfortunately it completely prevents me from playing the game 😥
