Account inaccessible since December

Idk I'm almost at the point where I don't care anymore - just wanted to know if there is a point in writing the support again since the last reply I got was on February 15, or will I just be last in queue again? There is no way to know if one is just being ignored or is it just me being impatient?

got same problem my account locked since dec19, they answer once per 2 months... Still locked, after i got hacked by admin account, thats a shame...
Im Facing the same problem i dont understand how is this possible.
The latest reply that i had was also in February. I would like to play the game cause my account got locked since the start of Eearly Acess
