SUPPORT NEEDED / Got scammed for a Mirror of Kalandra

Dear support, dear forum,
I got scammed today for a Mirror of Kalandra that my friend dropped yesterday.. The scammer wanted to meet in Clearfell and have a witness from our side. He then asked that my friend gives the Mirror to me so I can link it in chat. I did and shortly after received a trade request - thinking it was my friend - who wanted to get the Mirror back. But due to the situation being a bit stressful when dealing with such an item, I somehow didn't double check the name of the trade requestor and clicked accept. Is there anything we can do? GGG never return items; they only thing they'll consider doing is punishin the other person involved.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
