quality/spirit scepters

hey i want to suggest to cut/move 20% top end spirit of mods into
the quality scaling.

i think 1 slot w/o socket for spending artificers on scepter is a good overall trade
and gives a incentive to burn currency and more control of spirit usage in campaign.

or reduce the scaling of the improvement to 4/5 % total per 20% qual.
