Liberator of the Wraeclast supporter pack (Delayed shipment update)

I got this pack 4 months ago, and I sent a message from GGG about the (Delayed shipment update) which is fine, it happens.

So I contacted support, they replied, I had submitted the information they needed to send the Art book, T-shirt and the hoodie that I had paid for including the shipping.

I got my Art book, but did not receive my t-shirt or hoodie. I have contacted support on this multiple times, and I've seen others say, it takes time or they had to wait many months, this or that, I get all that (patience isn't the problem here)

However my issue is they sent my art book which I had no idea was being sent, I also have no idea about what's going on with my T-shirt or Hoodie, if it is being sent or going to be sent at all, I have no idea.

I have emailed support asking for updates since they responded to me, and I have had no response back at all.

On top of all that, I have purchased many supporter packs, but this was the first time I wanted to get a hoodie and the T-shirt :(

Really hope support can help with this
