Rain of Arrows scaling is bugged

Hello all,

the Arrow landing frequency for RoA is bugged. When i socket in Accerleration it only goes from 0.08 to 0.07. Increased to projectile speed from my Quiver are not calculated (at least not in the Skill tab)

When i now socket in Martial Tempo, the landing frequency goes down to 0.05 but attack speed should not scale the frequency.

So all in all this interaction seems to be bugged.
