My Item lost

POE 2 Dawn of th Hunt . Around 1 pm (GMT+7) i logged in to play and go to Tier 15 Map and Logged Out suddenly and then i go back to play again at 3pm(GMT+7) and found that all of my equipped item is gone. Im not sure what happened. Is it about bug or i got hack ?
