Constant disconnects, rollbacks and instance loss

what's up with this, why is it getting worse?
No ETA on a fix nor a mention of this problem being horrendously bad? I lost more maps/instances/being rolled back in the last week than I have in the entirety of playing PoE1&2 combined. Last bumped on May 1, 2025, 3:05:05 PM

it's still happening, some instances have ping spikes up to 10 times my usual ping, basically rendering the map unplayable :/
