Game pauses every other second

I had zero issues the last time I played this—about two months ago. It ran buttery smooth on max settings.

Now? The game keeps randomly pausing. I keep dying because by the time it unfreezes, I've already taken hits. It’s genuinely unplayable.

I did a clean install of the latest Nvidia drivers, wiped all %metadata% related to the drivers and the game—still the same issue.

What’s really weird is that I can interact with the UI while it’s frozen. I can change highlighted enemies and stuff, but when the game unpauses, they suddenly teleport to new positions. So yeah, pretty sure it’s the server choking, not my hardware.
