Acoount not in-game

After update 0.2.0, apparently I cannot trade with other player. When i click the whishper, it said that " Your account must be in-game to use this feature". But i already played until Act 3 Cruel. People can still buy stuff from me, but I cant buy stuff from them.

Also my in-game character has around 35 coin, but my forums shows that i have 0 coin. i tried to contact customer support, but when i enter code from verify, it said that "This code was not generated on this account." And also when i click profile, POE2 early access, it said that "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access".

Is there any solution or is this a bug?
